Flexible Booking: The hall can also be booked without catering. Upon request, full catering is provided by the kitchen of Mühle Born—from garden barbecues to traditional buffets.

The Rieming is operated by us, Mühle Born. All our daily culinary energy goes into the Mühle—running a second restaurant with daily kitchen service isn’t feasible when skilled staff and housing on the Darß peninsula are scarce.
That is why we gave the Rieming a dedicated mission: it is the hall our village needs for its special days—for celebrating, holding meetings, watching football, playing Skat, and saying farewell. We cook at the Mühle and celebrate at the Rieming. If you are looking for daily coffee, cake, or lunch/dinner, you’ll find us just down the road at the Mühlenstube.
We took over the house in 2024, hung up the sign and projection screen, and watched the first European Championship together here. Ever since, it has worked the way a true village hall should: it’s there whenever you need it.
